    Following two years of fund-raising activities, two hundred young adults, friends and family of the Reid family were tested last weekend at to diagnose cardiac abnormalities in the first ever CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) screening in South Yorkshire.

  4. Excellent GCSE Results

    Once again the girls at Sheffield High School have achieved excellent GCSE results with almost a third of all entries graded A* and 85% of all entries graded A* to B. A very impressive 42 girls achieved a full set of A* and A grades each, with 20 of them achieving at least 8 A stars.

  5. A-level Grades Up by 9% at Sheffield High

    Sheffield High School is celebrating another superb set of A-level results with 80% grades A*-B and 62% of all subjects passed at A*/A which is a 9% rise on 2013, despite the proportion of top grades nationally being down for the third year in a row.

    Eighteen teams and 72 players went head to head at the Sheffield High School Foundation Golf Day at the Hallamshire Golf Club recently. The competition, sponsored by Sytner Sheffield, Hamnett Wealth Management and CITY Taxis, played host to parents, former pupils and friends of the school and not only offered a day of great golf and good company, but also a healthy dose of competitive spirit.
