Sheffield Girls’ Online Fine Art Exhibition showcases thought-provoking final pieces from our GCSE and A Level student portfolios
During the last week of term our Art Department were delighted to launch this year’s online Fine Art exhibition, sharing some incredible pieces completed by our GCSE and A Level Art students over the course of the year.
Working across a broad spectrum of mediums and focussing on topics ranging from cityscapes and architecture, self-portraits and still-life, to socio-political statements through art, the degree of skill and creativity on display has captured the imaginations of staff and pupils alike across the School.
Karen Andrews, Head of Art, said: ‘Our A Level and GCSE students have worked incredibly hard over the past two years and produced outstanding sketchbook work and final pieces. We are so proud of all that they have achieved.’
