Gold medals for Gymnast Jessica

Congratulations this week go to Jessica Rodgers, one of our new Year 7 students and one of this year’s Sports Scholarship winners. Jessica has just won the overall gold medal at the Yorkshire Women’s Artistic Gymnastics championships. She now goes on to compete in the National Level 2 Championships in Guildford in November.

A talented gymnast, Jessica has been training since the age of 7 and at 11, is competing at the youngest age allowed for this level.
